Tessa and Iris looks even better in this photo. But Nitrix looks different in this photo than in the game. I like her look more here, and I think it's because of the different eyes. In the game, her eyes are simply all white, as if she were some sort of medium or oracle.

Seems like flavor text for now but it could potentially alter some of her scenes in the future.

If you pick Iris you get two Iris affection points. You also get a little different dialogue for Iris's day two scene.
The other choices are just flavor for now.
