After some of these other posts I agree with most of what has been posted though lesbian content doesn't bother me, especially in a polyamorous situation. What really gets frustrating to me is when a whole string of side girls are introduced while stringing the main girls out. I won't mention names but there are V/Ns out there that introduce so many that it gets ridiculous. Sometimes less is more as it allows for more content with each main girl to develop character and relationship.
Another plus here is at this point at least we don't have to suffer a bitchy main girl who hates the MC for whatever random reason. Kudos there and to the realistic proportions of the women.

Your welcome! I've been having the same problem when playing avn's. So mine will have realistic size breast none of the over exaggerated proportions.

Side girls will happen, but as it said it will only be because the character has a reason they cannot be around all the time. I have a special feature planned for the next update that I think you will all love. Especially once the Harem has grown, but no spoilers.

I know I'm low-man on the totem pole, but I'm one of the few who find it annoying to see/read everyone calling each other by their familial titles. So, hopefully it can be optional. If not, it's fine. There are more important things than what the MC and family call each other.

Well, I don't know why I would ever refer to my dad as his first name rather than dad. On the other hand, I would always call my brother or sister by their given names. Aunts and Uncles are somewhat mixed. Usually refer to them by their title and name like "Aunt Jazmin" when talking about them, and sometimes when talking to them. Cousins on the other hand are first name always.
Common theme here is that generally elders are title based in some way and siblings, first cousins are more casual. This of course can be culture dependent, but when the dialog is in English, I would expect a similar western style familial address used for family members.

They will be referred to by their names and nickname most of the time. The poll has more to do with intimate scenes (sexual stuff) and occasionally in dialog like in the initial release. This is an incest game it would make no sense to not mention relations at all.

I'd say go with a combo. Call MC's elders (anyone older) by their titles since it's a respect thing especially with non-anglo (read: most) cultures, and anyone younger by their names. It should be easy to code in a preference though, so essentially you could let the player choose for each character.
