I think this is a good summary - and would agree the ch4 vika conversation definitely skews towards ntr/cuckold humiliation territory.
Dunno if you saw but the dev's own code defines it differently, she references the "admit" choice as toggling on the 'nts path', whereas the 'ntr path' is toggled on by asking her to put on more clothes when she says goodnight to couch-sleeper-boy. Interestingly there's another unused variable (option7) - which is activated when you have Vika send a picture of herself in the lingerie - and this can only be accessed on the "Admit" path - perhaps setting up for future stuff between Vika and the MC? Hard to say at this point, or it could be ammo against the player.
I do wish the dev would split the paths more concretely; it's not bad but you probably notice while playing there's a bit of seep through...just little dialogue snippets that don't exactly portray mc as as a guy living his best life having fun with his wife.

I likely misread. I saw NTS Option6=false. I didn't see an NTS trigger for option 6. I just saw option6=true for "admit".
I saw option6=false skipped that Vika conversation.
I went back and replayed the paths accordingly, then made the choice "guide" based on where each of those ended up.
I have 8 paths right now...at least I think I do...lol
4 main paths:
Loyal: what appears to be obvious choices, and it's the only path that ends with nothing really happening at the spa.
NTS: don't admit, can pick all the other obvious choices, plays out like you'd expect, minus that convo.
NTR/willing cuckold: admit, pick the obvious
Cheating: admit, pick all the obvious "loyal" choices, you get the "cliffhanger" spa ending...
Then 4 variants of those, don't change the password to the security cameras, i think that's going to come into play eventually...lol
I didn't see the NTR path tripped to on by asking to put on more clothes, that's interesting and could trip people up if there's a "loyal" path. However, on the loyal paths I'm playing, that choice plays out like you'd expect a "loyal" path to play out, with nothing happening at the spa and Julia appearing to "end" it... Now, the cheating and cuckold paths I'm playing, with option6=true, then asking her to put on more clothes, yeah, the NTR tag makes sense. So, will have to wait and see, or until I understand the coding better...
Like you said, until we have the entire story to see how it all plays out, tough to tell for sure, and the dev can make changes as necessary.
I do wish the paths were more clear and concrete though. If that NTR=true clothes choice plays out with option6=false and picking all the other obvious "loyal" choices, that's a kick in the balls for the loyal path...
The seep through isn't too bad. The Vika convos are the ones that were tripping me up. But made a little more sense after seeing (or thinking) NTS route is tied to option6=false...
Just gonna have to let this one play out to know for sure...
