Hopefully, LadyLana , the next update has some cheating-path specific dialogue. I mean, the MC just witnessed her "presumably" (he can "only" be 99% sure she cheated) giving Marcus a blowjob, so it would stand to reason that MC starts getting a little bit suspicious or paranoid, and that this is reflected in his dialogue. Last time a cheating-specific event happened (when the wife visited Marcus in her panties against our wishes), the MC didn't even mention anything to her. The paranoia and/or gashlighting is the best part of the NTR...

In the cheating path, Julia does stuff behind Patrick's back (or so she thinks). So the hj, for instance, she doesn't tell him about, whereas on the cuck path she does. Can't say for this game but for me me they feel very different I don't even put cheating in the same category of being a cuckhold. Since cheating is purely about being unfaithful to your partner. While being a cuckhold is allowing her to be "unfaithful" willingly and getting off on it.
Then there is sharing for me it's very similar to being a cuckhold but for me it feels different as well when done correctly. While yes they are fundamentally the same I see it different personally. Sure that can still happen to some degree but there is Meta knowledge that she has been unfaithful and the MC knows it because of the video cameras. While usually it's just the player knows about the cheating at least until the wife slips up or the MC catches her in the act and that kind of happened right away from what I was told. So to me that takes away any appeal from a cheating path.
Tbh, I'm dropping this game. I tried to follow what the other guy said about telling Vika that he liked the video at the start, but that clearly just puts you on the cuckold path. I did all faithful choices after that, but the cats already out of the bag, it's a cuckold story, maybe a cuckold in denial, but a cuck story for sure.
And if I pick the "it didn't mean anything" choice, it's just going to some faithful route. I don't think an actual cheating route exists. A route where the MC isn't into cuck stuff but the girl is getting corrupted still. At best, you can have an MC that likes cuck stuff but won't admit it, and that kills the vibes for me.
Cheating is Netorare, Cuckold is Netorase, with cheating the LI betray your trust, or get stolen by either possisive or alpha man, while in cuckold either the MC or LI decide the MC watch the LI have sex with another man. Sharing on other hand is somewhat harder on this game, as the MC can't be physical there, but mostly involves both can see other partners and sometimes together in same room have fun, or the MC joins in on the fun with the LI and other man or woman (threesome).
On the Cheating path the MC can't even let know, he spying on her and knows of her infidelity, while on Cuckold path she will either film it, take pictures and show them to him what she doing with the other guy.

Anyways, the situation is indeed tricky. The whole premise behind the game is that MC is (unbeknownst to his wife) aware of what goes on in the house.
But then you also have to give us his reactions, otherwise the MC becomes too passive, and disconnected from the plot. This is supposed to be his loving wife, after all.
Maybe you could argue it's early days still, but seems to me the time is nigh.
