Sometimes a game like this is more of a learning experience for the developer...I hope it leads to a better and improved next project after learning from this one. It had potential, didn't land the ending with those last updates, but hopefully it can be something to build on for a new project.

How do I get the cheating/NTR Route?

You need to encourage her up to a point, then pull back. So I think it might be up to the point where she takes a pillow to Markus for sleeping on the sofa, if you've been getting her to do the teasing, but then you tell her to put some pants on before she goes to see him, she'll say yes, but will actually ignore you and go in just her knickers. I believe you also have to have told Vika that you liked the porn links she found on your laptop. There's a post somewhere that gives more specifics, but I deleted the info from my tracker now the game is complete, so I don't have it to hand!

It works, to a degree (URM is too wide for Stay Online in its native state, so you can't see all of URM without first widening Stay Online...), but you can't see options in terms of which path a choice will take you down.
I did start mapping the game out some months ago, but it got a bit confusing and unclear in parts, and the way the game was created with the text in images instead of a script file made it dififcult going, so I didn't get far. For the cheating path to start though, hotzenfotz, the steps are here:

Indeed, I hope so too.
But the problem with rushing a game to the end, is that you forfeit customer confidence.
Maybe not everyone feels the same way, but I sure as shit will think twice before subbing to LadyLana ever again.
By the looks of it there might be another version of the same game in future as the initial option of camera password is still open with no conclusion. So, I think there might me a VN continuation of the game

I looked at the images in the game folder and there's a threesome, which I thought was great. What I found strange is that in the cheating route, both Markus and Jakob can have sex with Julia. So if they both have sex with her, the threesome should have appeared in that route. It's different if only Markus had sex with Julia, then the scene where Julia and Markus after Vika's birthday makes sense.
That's why I was waiting for the post-party threesome in the cheating route. Now, leaving the threesome only for the netorase route doesn't seem right to me.

Ah, I get you, I could have sworn the threesome was also on the cheating path but I just ran through my save to check and it's not. Yeah, it should probably also have been there, but my guess is on the sharing/cuck path Markus was putting on a show as much as he was getting his jollies with Julia, so he proposed the threesome for Patrick's benefit (either as excitement or a power play/jealousy/humiliation thing?) whereas on the cheating path, he's just there for his own benefit, and so not so quick to share Julia.
