The friend Vika proceeds forward either way, but the tone is more "hotwife/sharing" if the reader chooses "into it".

Lots more content and story development- the rework on the earlier chapters sets the scene much better, and you get to see much more of the very hot wife.

From the start the game was netorase, it's even on the dev notes: "The game focuses on the NTR (netorase) [...]".

Because that's the story the dev wants to tell.. why is it weird?
That's because there was a single successful case of a dev doing a game like this, making money, so dozens of others are just into copypasta mode. Its is unfortunate but that is the case with most of ntr games(all the niches of the genre included). No originality at all.

Right. Because there aren't a shit ton of copypasta harem\molest and rape your family games out there.
To be fair, this game has a good idea with the video camera, and doesn't seem to be ai translated.

Not to mention there were already lots of NTR/NTS comics in phone messages format, and lots of Ren'Py games already had phone mechanics, so combining the two is not a groundbreaking idea, even for the first one out there...
But whatever, my opinion on the number of netorase games is the same as my opinion on the number of guys fucking my girl: The more the merrier.
