When you last use the house security system she will be in bed sleep you can choose to keep watching or call your girl if you watch he will pick up her dress wife will wake up. Don't close the phone camera you will see her blow him. When you talk to her again you reveal you saw everything at the top they give you 2 choices. 1st is conflicting feelings the 2nd is you are hurt. picking the first one becomes NTS 2nd one ends cheating path.

While the cheating path made sense this update, the sharing path got weird during the end when they have the sex scene, and markus is humilating mc by showing the browser history and Julia's dialogue is essentially the same as cheating path, not to mention the way he ends it saying "okay that's enough watching for now lil buddy"

I didn't get the "lil buddy" remark on the NTS or NTR route...
The NTS route, Julia gives a few updates, and sends that photo after the Markus/Julia video call.

But Julia does make reference to "talks" she's had with Vika, so Julia seems to "know" already; this scene felt a bit like "show" on the NTS path. And Julia does give updates on the NTS path.
The NTR/cheating path, she didn't give those updates, this scene is skipped (depending on Markus phone call choice) and jumps straight to the security cam scene, which is also the same on NTS & NTR paths.

For sure, it's not the end of the world, a subtle difference. Though I'd prefer a girlfriend/wife in an enthusiastic sharing setup to give more of a response to him saying "have you SEEN his browser history?" as something either like "Of course, but that's our own business, lets get back to the game" or "Oh it wouldnt surprise me, he loves showing me off".

I didn't check the cheating route yet but based on what someone said here, it seems like a quick but satisfying resolution. But what I want to know is if this is the end of cheating route? That the game is going to be focused on nts route for the rest? A part of me knows this ending is logical but the ntr fan inside me just craves for more.

Not a very satisfying update (no choices for Julia or MC and implausible Actions from Julia on faithful path)...! Would be glad to see Julia kicking this Douchebag out of her House. This Markus-douchebag needs to go...for good. Annoying and arrogant prick.

There are choices, or do you mean that part for the faithful path as well? Personally, I thought it was a satisfying update... mostly. I too have had enough of Markus though!

This, but it's not the right scene - it's right at the end of the 0.7 update when Julia video calls before playing cards with Markus, she asks you to hang up the call because she has wet hands (she's been moisturising, I think?) and you get the option to hang up or to keep watching from there.
