I don't play on android, so can't be 100% sure, but I believe there's a third-party mod that sorts that, and also that the dev now knows how to sort it for future releases.

Just install control screen orientation from play store, i was facing similar issue but this app resolve the problem.

Do you subscribe to the dev on Patreon, to give your support? If you do, you'll be the first to know, because you'll get the update there. If not, you're not going to get the update for about another week anyway, so it's pretty much irrelevant.

The latest "news" (that someone had to pry from her by asking via comments on Patreon) is that the release should come out by the end of today. In my country, that means the dev has 11 hours to go (from this comment).

You do know you can check it without having to be a subscriber ? You just can't pull it down.

Seriously though. A lot of Patreon pages allow you to subscribe for free just to get the news. Its not as if a dev letting you know when an update will drop is something that is beneficial to paywall.
