The Blue Slime Mission is available every day, but you have to turn it in on the same day for it to be available the next day.

Flowers don't bloom every day, only on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

In the 2nd quest I have talked with Camila but it is not progressing and for the 1st quest when I go to the temple at 10pm there is nothing new there I have talked to everyone there, I have received 2 books from the nun but after that nothing is happening.

There is some bug with these quests, I am unable to progress further because of it.
Guess I'll have to wait for 6 to 7 updates for it to become more stable,otherwise the art style was good, the combat style was something new and interesting a bit confusing but I enjoyed it.
All the best DraculaOfLust for the future and I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Old saves are not compatible, unfortunately you will have to play from scratch.

I'm trying to fix the bug with the berserk skill, but I haven't been able to yet. About Leona, I'll test it.

When I played the game for the second time, I encountered the same issue as you. The bug occurs when you buy the book 'The adventurer's Guide Part 1' before you have read the book 'The Beginners Guide.'
First, you have to register in the guild, then talk to Thea about the book "The Beginner's Guide." Then, you will start the quest to get the book.
