Well you give the answer to your question ^^
There isn't many thing to do after leaving the planet. You speak with some characters, fuck some of them (finishing their quest), and that's all.

There is a bug with close relation quest, finished first mission and rescued scouts but quest still says that I need to rescue them. This also breaks any further progress with game.

Nope, didn't find fix so I deleted game and moved on.
