You need to go to the park and play with the dog, there you will meet Ania (will also required that you wear the chastity cage. This requirement will change in a future update).

To start the Freemode story, first select Freemode in the menu story, then search stepmom's room. Later select that you will try the chastity cage from her room, then simply follow the story until the end (hints will be displayed in the quest hint section on the left menu).
