Buying on steam is a way to support the dev, and clearly you know nothing about working. Taking an off day is a paid casual leave that you have the right to take for whatever reason.

You don't get into any group of support on Patreon buying the Steam version, but you get the latest version 3 days after the top tiers on Patreon and at the same time as the 10$ tier there.

It's genuinely a super beneficial offer considering it's a one time purchase vs monthly payments.
