Sauna scene is only in dreams: Buy some DVDs from the computer and you'll find it.

Game is already not too long. I finished the game in less than 1 hour. And even though I started from scratch. I bought the photos on the computer. I purchased the necessary equipment. I completed the spy missions. At the end of the game I still had 1800 coins
