Need to send Mike home and go to Romatic Dinner with Dean under the stars.

You need to send Mike home at art event and choose to talk with:

1. Elijah and his dad for Elijah scene.
2.Ivy for Ivy's scene.

and no you can't have them all as same play-through so make save before art event or before talking to Mike and reload it and talk to different people to unlock all scenes.
