This happens quite often when your anti-virus marks the game as a false positive (and deletes some of it's files). Try to put an exception and then delete/reinstall the game.

Thanks I've figured it out alone ^^' It's just that i've done all others quests and I think i'm stuck somewhere. I have one last achievement to do (two collectibles left)
You have finished all of the quests in current update. About the achievement and collectibles, you can most likely do them now during free roam (unless it is achievement related to the story).

What about the screens on the main post about cosplay and the work dress ? Bonus content for patreon ?
Send me the save file, we did not encouter that problem before. The other screens are bonus content available for patreons.
