Patreon and Steam/Ichy versions are clean and unmodded.

Mods are made by people unrelated to the devs making the game - so NO. (modded games usually also cause issues for that same reason)

Mods have to be downloaded from here or other sources where they're posted (checked for viruses!) and than applied to the game.
