At least they changed it to just arrows, you should have tried it before they fixed it.
There's a mod in post #4,496 (p. 225) of this thread. Very handy for awkward or slow people.

The game is really frustrating because you can play the slutty route and still after on the yacht when the husband tells her that he is a cuck and gives her permission to fuck around I thought "hell yea" and when she went with Madison to the party - I thought she was finally going to fuck somebody but NOPE lol

I won't name the title I'm talking about... But I read an AVN with a very similar pacing to this one, and believe me, it was very anticlimactic that after a single update, everything went from 0 to 100 in no time.
The pacing of this game is fine, there is no need to rush things. As one user up there said, it's all about the build up.
Also, it's still very, very far from that other very famous title here that's been in development for several YEARS and where literally NOTHING happens.
