I'm missing these also, have you had any luck figuring it out?
To get the green key you need to go through the green door,inside the boss's door(which will unlock by tricking the guard) inside which you need to go one step further, click on the door you'll see the key on the wall.
For red key you need to get through wyatt and go to the left side hut it will be there on the wall.
For pink key you need to have sex with ivy.

I think they are bugged, they don't show up as completed.
I was able to get all the lewd scenes from the DLC with those 2 still marked as incomplete.

Where the hell is the saved data stored for this game? XD I had the version from this forum, but I now bought it on steam and would like to start over. But I still have all my previous save files and it's a pain to deleted them one by one. How can I wipe everything?
