yeah it seems developer lived in Ukraine and has managed to get out and settled down. Still in the process of that it seems.

Unless I am DEEPLY misunderstanding how this website works, the point of doing this, is to make the thread remain at the top of the most recently posted in threads. You do this to draw attention to it, in the hopes that someone like a translator or uploader notices, and does what is needed. There is no point in doing this for an already uploaded game, where we have nothing to talk about until the creator updates the game.
