When did he fully switch to Blender (if he did)? I see Blender works in 2021, but also SFM works in 2022-2023.

He didn't fully transition, seems like he swaps off between the two. I think at one point he was planning to, but decided not to. Could be wrong though

I thought it would be in the 2024-07-29 to 12 packs, but it is not & kemono link doesnt work anymore for it.

The guy in the video still doesn't get it...
Chun-Li has had this hairstyle since SF-II (called "Ox Horns") for a specific reason: it helps hold her in place during certain close-quarters combat moves!
(Kind of like Cammy's braids: two braided pigtails.)
Actually, he should be holding Chun-Li in place with her "Ox Horns".
