Imo it's really cool game, great story, well developed characters and really nice skill tree that offers a lot of replayability.
Thanks for the recommendations! Soo many people have recommended Offcuts and it looks amazing, but two years without updates makes me a bit concerned. I don't want to get attached and then forget everything by the time a new update comes out. Do you think it's worth playing with the current content?

And if you don't mind dark stories and BDSM (with mostly femdom, but not only) then Karlsson's Gambit has a really intricate plot and many people who are not into dom/sub stories enjoy it too mostly cause of the story. Hmm... I like BDSM (including femdom, when done right) but non-consent tends to be a huge turn off. Is it avoidable, or at least skippable? If I were to fast-forward through non-consent scenes, would I miss important bits of story? I'll check out the thread.
To many, many NPCs it's unavoidable, to the MC it varies. You can play more dom and try various routes. You can try it and see if it's for you, but as I said many people play it more for a story that sexual content. Also while everyone seems to be evil, you can play as a good characters and there is at least 1 redemption arc for one of the main NPCs.

OK, this was a seriously great recommendation. I just finished the bit where the whole gang meet for drinks after work, and that heated exchange between MC and Emma was exceptional! Such a sexually charged scene (Deb was right, that is foreplay), without any nudity at all. And those slideshow scene transitions? Amazing visuals!

I intended to include Now & Then as well since I haven't seen it mentioned before, but forgot about that. It nominally violates some of your criteria, but that is more due to the characters circumstances than anything else. And something with a bit different theme, that I have high hopes for is Retro Style Soviet Undies .
