MC needs to temporarily infiltrate amazon lands, in an upcoming update he will do so by casting shapeshifting spell on himself.
You will get to choose if you want to shapeshift into a woman, or a futa (I am guessing probably mislabeled shemale).
If you go with futa choice you can optionally impregnate some amazons while there, if you go with woman you can optionally engage in lesbian sex.

Nope.
Futa = Woman who has a dick additionally to the pussy, has a womb and generally could get pregnant depending on setting/lore
Shemale = Woman that ONLY has a dick and no pussy, obviously has no womb and thus can't get pregnant
Many people still get these two mixed up albeit the terms have clear distinction.

dev said you get to choose between shapeshifting into woman or futa. However from context and other hints I added my own note saying that I think dev meant you could shapeshifting into a shemale and mislabaled it futa.
although we can't tell yet because the content does not yet exist.
