IDK,I figure RNG but I reloaded and did it over and over quite a few times and nothing. I can be at the hotel when she comes home and occasionally I get the usual scene but never anything else when Aunt is there no matter what room anyone is in.

All the images in the OP are in the game, and there's no yellow car in any of them.
Has there been a purely story mode added, or any plans for it? I would think there is enough story now that it would be applicable.

Aunt has alternate room, you share room with Jill. Go to Jill's work and at 03:00 ask Mia for a ride home. Aunt will catch you and Jill in parking lot and call you into the room. 3 some then starts. Mine took place on a Sunday evening.
