My 0.45 saves worked for 0.46, but I still feel your pain because I've had the same thing happen with other Renpy games where my saves didn't work but other players said their saves work fine.

One suggestion that has worked for me in the past is to try all of the old autosaves first.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays where Lily isn't working, (starting from an old save), there's a new option to have Lily join in paid therapy at 17:00. If you request it on a Friday, it'll be scheduled for Saturday.
