two questions: first: can i load a save or have i to start anew?
second: if i play and an uodated inc patch comes can i just install and play with inc or do i have to start over?

If this update works like the previous ones (and there's no reason to think it won't) you should be able to use old saves and start playing without patch then continue after the updated patch comes out. Of course, you will miss the inc-version of some dialogues that happen only once, but if you save before then you will be able to see them again with the new dialogue.

Please, how to activate the console, press SHIFT+O (the letter, not the number) don't work.

Either use unren.bat, search this forum for the latest dev version
or u can change 00console.rpy in the renpy /commons subfolder
config.console = True
With Unren.bat u 've got also developer tools if the game works with the unren, under Shift+D

You can use the Joi app in order to play. It's quite easy to use. Just download the game you want (Ren'Py, RPGMaker etc) and load it into the application. That's it. You can also patch the files, add cheats etc more easily this way too.
