Don't visit the Principal for a week or two and after this she will take you from the lesson multiple times. Eventually the Lit Teacher will come to check on you in her office.

As soon as I started this update and went to school I think i got called to the Principles office ( I might have gone in there myself I can't remember now. Try both) and was fucking her when the Lit Teacher walked in. And she just joined in. After the first time you can have the Principle call Lit Teacher to her office to join in a 3 some.

Not exactly. In the morning at school at 9:00, 11:00, or 13:00, talk to the Lit Teacher and request family therapy for 18:00 (as always). However, do not go to Lisa's room at 18:00 and request to attend family therapy. Instead, go directly to Lit Teacher apartment (arrive at 18:00). Lisa and Lit teacher will already be naked and in bed together.

Note that if MC is not already in the residential area at 18:00, he must leave at 17:00 to go to the residential area so that he can arrive at the Lit Teacher's apartment at 18:00.
