This is not a witch, this is a Judge, and there were two questions, the first is what to do on the quest in her apartment with her daughter, and the second question is what does DRel mean in the yellow stripe where the hint is written?

That was a lot of running around and confusion!

For future reference when you see the on screen menu and you can click on the buttons, the mod is working regardless of the colour of the text!

You have to mods confused! gibs6100's mod is the mostly automatic one, suchguy's mod is the one you have to click to activate the cheats you want to use.
Now that this is cleared up hopefully there won't be anymore confusion.

Unknown conditions.

What you can try is: Attend the lawyer meeting during week days, night drinking party with Violet on Wednesday and Saturday nights at 21:00, after a few night drinking party you can go to her for solo drinking at 21:00, keep doing these events until you get no more points.
