Ouch, just discovered this game and while it has its flaws, I enjoyed it. Really hoping this doesn’t kill the game overall.

Once done I will gladly subscribe there. Even though I think the game is grindy as hell I'm retired with nothing better to do than grind.
This is horrible!
I hope once they've cleared all the adult content from their platform they'll be happy, because it looks to me like they going to loose a lot of revenue.
I hope you can get back on your feet soon and on the bright side you are free to make whatever content you want now.

Unfortunately AVNs are a very niche market, while they might provide a decent amount of revenue, they do carry some negative consequences because some people shun you if you peddle in smut, they have probably done a calculation and come to the conclusion that the potentially bad PR that comes from allowing it, outweighs the gains from "more wholesome activities"
Either that or the banks are leaning on them, like they did with OnlyFans a while back.

It helps boost your stats with people. Talking to them about things they like make them like you and keep you in favor with them. Use the browser on your phone to research the subjects to at least half way mark. You can research only 3 subjects a day though and eats an hour of your time.

) if you look there only one (Darkcookie) is an AVN which looks like it has about 30k subs, and it is estimated that they make just shy of 50k a month given that Patreon takes 5% that means that if they kicked them of the platform they would personally lose about $2500 per month from a monthly profit of 1-1.5 Million, as you can see it is pretty small change, even if you assume that adult creators on Patreon mirror the net porn stats and they would loose 30% of their revenue, they might just do it if they were being threatened by the financial insitutions in the same way OnlyFans was. It would be like running a motel in which all the local whores hire rooms, if an organisation which promotes morality moves in next door and promises to destroy your business unless you ban all the whores, would you do it? Likely yes, is it fair? Not really no, but alas that is the system, and while you can hate the player, your anger is better directed towards the system. It is just a shame that the system is faceless where as Patreon most definately has a face.

Man, fuck Patreon, they're a bunch of hypocrites. When they started out they were happy to accept anyone and everything, if it meant they were going to make money. Then once they made it big, they were happy to roll over to the corporate overlords and their bullshit moral stances.
Since most of these decisions come from american corporations, they're fine with violence but if you see a titty? Oh no, will somebody think of the children?
But getting back to the game, I'm bummed too that it got removed. I hope the dev has more luck on Subscribestar and we can get the game there in it's intended form, incest and all.
