No.
At least, not yet.

It's a recent addition so it might be ground work for something involving them later. Given how Lil is hellbent on doing things with the MC and every other sex partner at the same time, it'd be perfectly in-character for her to want to get in on that.

I try it many time

Go to the diner, click on jill/older sister, requests, invite to stepfamily dinner, let's do it.
After dinner the stepmother takes them back to the hotel. Go back to the stepfamily's house, do any activity, sleep until 8 AM and when you leave the house, the stepmother will show up to talk to you. At that moment Lisa appears and the fight ensues.

1. I gave up on the tit job, besides I don't really care for titjobs
2. If I remember right it's two contests, then you start finding her in the room naked. Then you attempt to seduce her but it doesn't work. Then wait till next morning and go in to the bathroom when she is in there and take a shower. You come out and she jumps at you. Do this two night nights and morning and the next morning you can bang her, you start raw but she makes you wrap it to continue.
3,4,5 I just tapped her several times with condom then talked her into raw sex and skipped the rest.
