Are you sure? Whenever a certain action doesn't work anymore, it says that it's "drained" and thus it's not effective anymore. My relations being "too depraved" seems to indicate something else.

Put the attached file in game folder. Open the file and edit first.
Your savefile is for v0.37. I suggest to get something newer. Even public release is v0.41 now
