Because nobody knows it (t's behind a paywall), the person who leaked it didn't post it, a few posts up a person posted what is the update, which what looks like 4 new scenes, as the update is very small.

The morning after Aunt stays the night in your hotel room, while she is in the bathroom, enter and the option "Did you want to talk to me?" should appear. She will tell you that she already knows that you fuck your mother while she sleeps and that doesn't bother her or something like that. After that you must invite her to stay two more times. Each of those times, after "helping them with their clothes" you must choose to "compliment them both." The second time you do this, the 3some will be triggered.

Well, youre basically asking for "vegan meat" in the local butcher shop...
the focus on this game is the relationship between the MC and his related ones, the others in the game are more like side quest or requirements for the main content.

There's no need to be angry in relation to this topic yet since the game is nearly half way done, so there is alot of time to add more scenes for the others NPCs as well.
