Does anyone know how to move forward from here? everything is either drained or depraved and I can go forward with "Study together" event. She just sits on MC's lap and then the study time is over.

No, if you look at her upper thigh you can see these weird lines, and slight discoloration. Her fishnets are barely above the knee. It is a little hard to see. I probably wouldn't have noticed if the moms legs weren't f'ed as well.

Unless you use some kind of cheat mod which gives "infinite" hotel upgrades, you just have to wait for how long you paid for.
