It is one of the things which people complain about the most. You can get some idea by checking the gallery (which can be seen through the load/save menu), images you haven't seen will be blacked out and videos will have an X through them, but it isn't super helpful as there isn't any context to help you understand either what they contain or how to get them.

Does anyone know if the developer intends to make scenes in front of the TV in the motel between the two sisters and MC and mom and one or two sisters and MC. It is kind of strange to be able to fuck but not to be able to watch porn with them when they are together.

The room when you enter is the base image in some cases, who enters or what happens after you get there is what changes. Some event's like when Aunt Kate stays at Stepfamily house, for example, base image at 2300 is Kate meditating. You choice in that scene triggers whether the scene is different or not.
