sorry, seem i have the option to challenge Lily in the pool broken, the money choice is greyed out and i can't bet the 20$, but i have the money. Is it a known bug? even starting fresh and followin the walkthrough don't work

weird, probably a bug. Just checked, to enable the money bet, the player money needs to be below $20.
(v0.48.1 as in this code: enable=(Player.Money < tmp.money_bet))

From what I recall. This event is in a very tight window of opportunity. If your allure is too high or low you miss it.
Try adjusting her points:
Open console shift+o and cut/paste
Relations["MAunt"].allure.Value=50
May have to adjust the "50" up or down a few points, but this should get in the ballpark.
