You really have to save a shit ton in this game. Also the RNG is not kind to the player. Seems like once you max out the tit play with "mom" it seems to trigger when not needed.
Is there any proper guide for the latest version of this game. I am kinda stuck at how to progress with neighbours and many others

You can't do this anymore. The code changed so this won't trigger events like this. You just have to ignore her and focus on one of the sisters until it pops or use cheats...
CHEATS: console
- Mom.LastMasturbatingTM -= 20
- GData.Time = 16 (advance clock 1 hour to reset NPC's locations)
OR
- jump MomCaughtMasturbatingLabel (screen will be black for first few frames)
CHEATS: Universal Ren'Py Mod
- Search "gdata" expand and remember and watch the ".Time"
- Search "lastmast" remember and watch mom's
OR
- Search in Labels "caught" use Jump button for Mom's

EDIT: Think I figured it out. The photoshoot swaps between two sex toys. I had to wait for the RNG to populate the vibrator and not the dildo.

You have to have seen the lawyer at least twice which unlocks the police detectives. Go and see them, and you can tell them about the goons. They will take you with them search for the goons. it might take 2-4 times for the goons to show.
You do need to make friends with the cops to get them to help you. You do this by discussing things which they like.
