If it is not there find the file directory and put the patch in game folder of the file. (by default, it should be inside Internal Storage > Android > name of this game > Game (folder)), I can't guarantee it will work but give it a try.

You don't need to. In fact, there is no such option. You just need to progress your relationship with her and go to sleep in your room at your old house. During the night choose "Yes, I'm curious" when you hear a noise and you'll find her sitting on your bed. Choose the option to "Invite her to stay" and progress from there. At some point you'll see, at the top right of the screen, the little circles that indicate different "views" and there you'll find the other granny "spying" on you from the door.

You have to be Brigitte boyfriend and be caught by Lauren sneaking into the home at night i believe, after a while Brigitte will catch you and Lauren sleeping together and eventually if your stats with them are high enough she joins you.

Alguém tem todas as cenas da galeria? Tentei jogar várias vezes, mas no final nunca tenho tempo para completá-lo. Se alguém me conseguir uma poupança com quase todas as cenas, eu apreciaria.
Does anyone have all the scenes in the gallery? I've tried to play several times but in the end I never have time to complete it. If anyone can get me a save with almost all the scenes, I'd appreciate it.

To be honest, I don't know if such a mod exists. I opened these scenes during gameplay, the gallery (and stills, and animations) there turns out to be just gigantic. I've read that there is some kind of universal unlocker for RenPy-based game galleries, but I've never seen it in discussions.
