It's easier to describe the whole storyline with Mia.
Mia is first met by a rare car, leaving the motel cafe after a family dinner, and subsequently, doing Jill's “place of employment” quest. MC can now socialize with Mia from 8pm-3am at the strip club.
Can get the status of your girlfriend, participant in group scenes (with Lil, with Jill).
Raise sexual tension can be done (actions repeated, looking at progress log in phone until you reach maximum (you're already beyond that or exhausted)):
Flirt. Through the menu HANG WITH HER at a bar booze with her, talk, discuss interests (art, music, cars, movies, pets - not necessary if you use the cheat mod).
Stripping. When the relationship has grown, you can ask her about her job and the MC will find out that she's not only a bartender, but a dancer. Striptease will appear in the Requests menu and Mia will dance on the bar (22.00+),
Private Dance. If relationships allow you can book a private dance from Mia for 80 $, and repeat on the same night for twice that price. (Repeat and open new options Nude Dance (be sure to repeat before HJ), just to ogle self-satisfaction).
Dance Training. At 3pm and 4pm, Mia and Jill will be in the motel room doing exercises. By clicking on Mia, you can help her and ride away with her in the car (kissing, Mia's next trip gets her status as MC's girlfriend ((will say she knows about MC's relationship with Jill)), and then 69 in the car are provided).
Dance training: cunnilingus and fucking. At 3pm and 4pm, Mia and Jill will be in a room doing exercises. Clicking on Mia can help her, and if there are keys to the extra room, fuck Mia in it. Cunni MC can catch at 15.00 and 16.00 randomly (!!!) in the room where they are practicing the dance: Mia is tired and arguing with Jill, MC can take Mia's side, tells her she needs to lie down to rest, and then - sex.
I don't remember anymore if it's necessary to have Jill's status as your girlfriend to fully progress through the story with Mia, but I've always maxed out my family members (mother and sisters) - first of all .
There are some actions that you have to have done with Jill before you can do with Mia. Lily has to be your girlfriend before you can bang her. You have to bang Lily before she'll dance with Mia at the club.

Thank you for your comment, I did forget the actions in the early stages of the game. I remember the order was Mom-Lil-Jill-Mia. Aunt Kate was a pain in the ass. The story with the stepfamily was much easier to follow.
You're right. That's why I go to porn sites for porn, and play games with enough grind to make them interesting when I play Adult games.
Well, each to their own. Imo, porn games (well, masturbation in general) are meant more for releasing the steam through sexual events/narrative than genuinely capturing the core attention of other games mechanics. If I desired a grindy game then I would play genuine RPG/MMOs that are meant for that purpose. I only play porn games, because progressing sexual narrative makes it worth it, if I don't need the urge to fap then porn games are pretty much useless as dedicated "games". The same way mobile "games" are dozen of times inferior to dedicated cnsole and PC games.

Leave the Lawyer's apartment between 6 and 11 AFTER you've talked to the Judge in her office at least 2 times.
Depending on which solo scene you mean, you need to get them both "mostly" drunk, but focus on the one you don't want solo action with so that they fall asleep. Even then there's an element of randomness. Just don't give them beer.
