How can i trigger "mom walking on Mc having a threesome with his sisters" scene?

Guide said theres a % of triggering it during a threesome with Mc'sisters (and already had done anal and vaginam with mom), but it never happens.

Easiest way, which is an action you didn't mention:

You need too room with one of the sisters, doesn't matter which one, and go sleep with Mom and the other sister after they go to bed. Ask if you can join and then you'll get the option to screw around with Mom. First time is a hand job, second time is banging. Swap sisters as room mates and do it again. You can also just sleep with mom next to the same sister more than once. You also have to have done both sisters together at least 3 times and have Mom's opinion of you higher than 20.

If you don't bang mom next to a sleeping sister, you "can" still trigger the event. For that to happen, you need to have had Lil interrupt you and Jil no less than 3 times, have Mom's opinion of you higher than 20 and not declined sex with Mom in that hour. If you meet those criteria, you have a 40% chance of it happening if the mom is at the motel. There's a 10% chance if she's not.

IE

I can't find how to ask for the position at school for Mrs Holkar ? I tried several times to speak to the 2 teachers and the principal but there's not such an option ?

Keep working and you'll see Mr & Mrs . Repeat it twice and you'll start the quest. It doesn't go anywhere yet though.
