Bad endings come for a limited number of reasons; conflict and school attendance.
Easiest way to avoid bad endings: attend school regularly and rotate rooms regularly. Just pick a day of the week and always rotate on that day, no matter what. It's tempting to stay with one roommate while you're working on her, but Lisa will still be there two weeks from now, and in the meantime there's plenty of other stuff to do.
There is an event where you get to help Lit Teacher move something in front of the desk (a desktop? folding table? can't remember). It'll be quite visible afterward, so you won't forget about it. Once it's there, you'll be able to hide under the desk.

It would depend on what you want to happen to your Father. First choice could probably help free him, second choice could go either way, and third choice could send him to jail
From the Strip Club which Jill works at, if you haven't found it, you need to skip the family meal on a night on which Jill works (Sun, Wed, Thurs or Sat), and during the meal be waiting in the Residential Zone, when the meal is over, Mia will drive Jill to work and you will see them enter and can follow, after that you can get Jill to buy you booze.
Save and try them all if nothing else at least you get to see what you are missing (sorry you are further into the game than me so advising from ignorance)
Obviously we used different cheat mods. The one I use (link in my previous comment) never had this problem. I don't use console commands.
Premium whisky seems to be the booze of choice btw for the party and make sure your relations are good with both girls, I got blocked from entry until I improved my relations with Violet.
The story hasn't progressed far enough to say what will be the result of the choices. Make 3 saves and pick one.

Walkthrough 1 on the first page seems the most complete unfortunately I was well into the game when I discovered it so I may play it again withthe walkthrough after I've landed wherever I land on my own
I would say it's only an option if you ask her before asking Mom. After you ask Mom, this does not appear.
