I think the most obvious option is to send Daddy to prison for a long time (which all the character will be genuinely happy about). The storyline with money laundering through the bank remains unclear, so we just have to wait for the next updates.

The manager of the Diner is Keshav Holkar. If I had a guess, that redhead that's been showing her ass since day one is probably Diya and the "Holcar" is a misspelling.

How do I decline the ride home. I don't get that option. If I don't get the cops involved she gives me a ride and can't decline. If I choose cops and she bails me out the same thing happens. Is it possible to get soft locked situations?

When she asks where you want to be dropped off and the Travel Map comes up. On the bottom of the map you can select "Stay in Area"
