On days the aunt is staying in your personal motel room, you need to interrupt her in the shower @ 8:00 and ask to join. She'll reject you a few times, then you'll have a happy little accident. Interrupting her shower @ 1300 in the girls room advances the counter, but doesn't have a happy ending.

ToshinRaizen "No Access" meaning it's the spare room in the motel and MC doesn't have a key for it.

The only time "no access" pops up is if she isn't in one of the three rooms. This can happen when you are roaming around the motel with the "Pry around the motel" button.
