Every time you encounter the drunk teacher at night and take her to your motel room, talk to her the next school day in the gym. I like the game idea, but it's kind of annoying that devs cannot just write the damn guide how to get the progressing in the game.
With PDebug = True the progress tab shows that "panty peeping" is the only thing for her for now. So after draining the 5 points you get, everything is wasted, hurting your job. Also, her file is named ATeach.rpy, so she won't be at the diner for long.

There are multiple walkthroughs and mods, just check the first post in this thread (on page #1) just under the downloads. Most other games also feature similar links like that on the first post of the thread. Most of them are close to being up to date, but you often have to wait a release cycle or two for the individual creators to catch up.
PDebug can be inputted into the command console. Link in my last post was to the OG post that explains it more and console commands in general. The main use is to show hidden events. Diya only has one event, the "Peeping Under Skirts," with 5 allure points to earn. Each time you Peep, you get a couple allure points until you drain available points or exceed the max allure.
