I cant invite mom to smom's for dinner, but can invite the sister. Am I missing an event or something?

Invite Aunt to seperate room and go fuck bouth sisters ( Have 3re some ~22.00h in sisters room) If I remember correctly there is a shanse to triger that Mother or Aunt enters.

Oh that one hard to remember, but you must invite both sisters to Smom 2 or more times to convince Mother.

You can skip family dinners (if you mean them) as many times as you want without any consequences with this cheat mod:

i think there is some grinding of saves bcz always mom appears out of nowhere
