I'm guessing it is this part. Instead of choosing the last option, choose the one above it. This should lead to the HJ/BJ. Keep swapping between the 2 choices until the girls have another fight. Then you can advance with Alexa.
Mary's choices are deceptive. The "petting" option pops up after the 7th step, and you do need to take it all the way to fingering to trigger the second argument with Alexa, but her sex path is the "Undress" option... 19 times to get to the hand job. Then like 4 hand jobs to get a blow job, which is needed for the 4th or 5th argument with Alexa. One blow job opens the condom option with Mary, so small favors.
Alexa's path is based on which argument you witnessed. The initial fight is what lets you start the training with Mary. After you finger bang her, you see the second fight, which lets you see her talking on the phone in her underwear. The third one starts the fake orgasm path. You have to progress that till she starts giving you real kisses. At that point, they'll have the fake orgasm fight. And so on and so forth. All the fights occur when both girls are at home and it's between 8:00 and 23:00. Just go upstairs to the hallway and if you've unlocked all the requirements, it'll occur.
