Question:
When you select Personal Status on your phone, on the right side of the screen is a section dedicated to your current jobs.
For each listed job, the last line is «Work Opinion», flanked by a green line.
Now sometimes those lines are dark green, sometimes they are light, bright green (it evolves with time and events), but I haven't been able to figure out the meaning of the darkness vs brightness

The dark green is the bar background and the lighter green is the foreground. If you check out the scroll bar on the same window (assuming you have more than 2 jobs), you'll see the same colors in play.
The higher the boss opinion of you, the more light green in the work opinion bar. Each job is tied to the opinion of a character:
Bank = Bank Manager
Photo = Photo studio chick
Diner is initially tied to just the guy who gives you the job but becomes the some of him and his wife divided by 2
X Shop = X Shop Owner.
The equation is: (character opinion + 100.0)/200.0.
All that being said, at least for me, the bar is either fully light green when opinion is 100% or fully dark green when it's anything lower than 100%.
Yeah, I've never seen any other shade of green.
Follow-up question: the boss opinion (no matter the job) has no effect on scenes, correct? No actual effect in game?
The bar doesn't have a range set, so it's only ever going to show 100% or 0%. Maybe that's something HRelease will check out in a future release.
In the diner, if your combined opinion with the 2 folks who run the diner drops below -50 and you don't work for 7 days in a row, you're gonna get fired. You can get the job back, but it requires a lot of waiting to do so. Don't believe you can be fired from any other job, yet.
For the other jobs, just about every action with each of the women has a minimum opinion value somewhere between the start of the conversation and the sex scene. Since the job opinion is just a display of the opinion of that lady, there you go. I don't believe you can get fired from the other jobs (yet), but a low opinion will prevent you from progressing with the lady who's the boss.

Is the threesome between lit teacher and gym teacher a random event or is it dependent on specific events because I have come to have them both in the library and fighting but each time I choose "wait for the moment" They decide to both just leave.
OK, I've hit the final dead end with the Lawyer. I've gotten about as far as I can in every situation, and I've repeated every situation that gave sexual tension or lowered her professionalism until it didn't move anymore. Her professionalism is at 73.19999999999999. Her sexual longing is at 103.25. And I STILL can't access cunni in the office on the weekend. Naughty doesn't do anything. I've tried every weekend. I've tried everything I can think of.
So I edited the value and dropped her professionalism down to 70... and Saturday went like it always did, but Sunday it finally unlocked cunni. Not sure if it might have been the 0.19999999999999 that was messing me up, or if I was real close to having it unlocked. Might have even been a weird bug, but I suspect that it was caused by me always using the highest option on her, which drained them and exceeded the lower options. There should probably be a failsafe in place in case someone does that.

There's a very early scene in the stepfamily chain of events where MC needs the address of his stepmom.
There are two ways of obtaining it: either you pester Ren for it and she caves in, at the cost of some Opinion and possibly an IOU; or you wait and raise Victoria's opinion high enough and then convince her that it would help her case if both families were on board, at which point she just gives the address and asks MC not to reveal who gave him the address, because she values her professionalism.
I wonder if choosing the second approach (having Victoria give the address instead of Ren) has just enough of an effect on her professionalism... (I haven't looked at code, so it's just a guess)

You should be able to lower her professionalism just by the weekend office visits.
When I started, I had her profess at around 91 and allure at the point of getting HJs.
- Ask about Naughty at the start of each visit (Most times, she dismisses you and tells you to wait)
- HJs until drained
- FJs until drained
- At one of the naughty talks, she agree to something new, cunni.
- Do cunni 2-3 time then go back to HJ.
- Ask to be her BF for BJ
- Stop here work on getting Raw from her (apt on non-party nights) and Ren (Night activies)
- Got back to weekend office and do cunni
- Ask Ren to join
- Fight (may be story progression)
- Threesome
Ended up with profess around 57 and allure 120ish. NOTE: I didn't attend enough weekday meetings to unlock the trial and meet the judge until after the 3some.
Go to the party with some Premium Wine. Pour fast to empty the bottle. Go for more alcohol.
You may need to go to the police station to increase her allure.
- Before 21:00, talk to her and choose: Naughty. If you had sex in the motel, it will lead to more sex
- 21:00 to 0:00, wait by the front desk. Ask for a ride to the motel. Will lead to sex. Motel Manager may join (RNG)

So, start of game, it always takes three (3) tries before MC finds the modeling job offer from some Sam in downtown, correct?
(Two blank tries, then on the third try you get the casino but it doesn't advance time, and then immediately the job offer on the "real" third try.)
Turns out you can save the initial two blank tries.
While the game is still on rails: at 8 am, after talking to mom, use the Browser and Search for a job – the game tells you that you don't have time for that. Take the bus to school: at 9 am, after meeting Principal Pitt, again use Browser and Search for a job – again, the game tells you that you don't have time for that.
..... Except that those two invalid searches for a job each count as one (1) actual try, so that now, the very first time you will search for a job once the game actually starts at 11 am, you'll find the casino and the photoshoot offer...
(Yeah, I have way too much time and no life...)
