found it! you need to ask Mia for a ride back home from the strip bar. Say goodbye many times and every time she leaves you go straight to the "Administrative Center". I've made it at least 4/5 times and made sure any scene with Mia was already seen before being able to trigger this. You will receive a call from Mia.

Alright I now go to try it,actully I ve tried this step before ,but maybe not as many times an it demands.

I finally trigger this,But not the same ways as yours:

I tried many times that ask Mia drive me home and say good bye,but nothing happens.
So I went to the police station outside,and keep passing the time at nighte,and suddenly recieve Mia s call...

I think its a random event occured when you wander around the city at night maybe.

hello almost everything in the game is blurred out and when i try to disable the prudish thingy in the options nothing happens when i click on it nothing changes its stuck on triggered or smth

Had the same issue. I simply reinstalled the game and deleted the folder [UserName]/AppData/Roaming/Straitened Times...
(Make sure to backup your save files that you need)
Now restart the game and start with a fresh new game and you will see: there is no prudish option at all in the settings.
At last, put your backuped saves into the game/saves folder and you are done

Seems like Lily's date doesn't ever succeed after the first few times and she just goes to sleep now?

i have the same problem
Allure is already at 134 but no raw scenes because of this

'Ren the Secretary Night Activity' is bugged for me, I think. I always show up at the Res. district at the right time (from the app), but I find it empty every time. Am I missing anything?

I always trigger this task on Thursdays.
The second time I give 200, I can trigger 3P.

Does your game include translation to some other language?
