Nope, you don't need a car (because one isn't available at present). Isn't it the residential zone not the downtown (not 100% sure about this)? The time can vary a fair bit, I think I found her from 11 pm right up to 3 am.

If you use the mod you can actually make it trigger through the mod with a 100% success rate.

If you're not using the mod you need to save at like 11:00pm~ and be downtown. Then you keep visiting until it eventually triggers (usually triggers between 12am and 3am).

Even then, you'll have to do it multiple times across multiple days to complete the quest in it's entirety.

If you're not using the mod you need to save at like 11:00pm~ and be downtown. Then you keep visiting until it eventually triggers (usually triggers between 12am and 3am).

Even then, you'll have to do it multiple times across multiple days to complete the quest in it's entirety.

Visit downtown and it should take you to 11pm, keep doing that until events trigger (cut off is like 3~4am).

But if the event doesn't trigger, load your save from 10pm again.

The event is RNG based, so it doesn't matter if you take 2~3 weeks to trigger it or in a Single night by save scumming, So save yourself some headache and save scum your way into the event.

damn still cant trigger this scene :/ now using console mode PETeacher.CaughtDrunkTM-= 50 and others and still nothing btw when im jogging with Kate, jaslene doesnt show up and in walktrough it says she will pass

Make sure did help in gym until no longer works. Also have extra room rented. I think need even if not used at first.
