I want to try to change some of the names of some of the characters, any help on how to do this? I have tried using URM x52 but it doesn't work.

Phone -> Contact -> Main -> Change Alias
This lets you change the default, name, official name, alias, full name and occupation. It's not great and often times overwrites one change with the original name when you change something else.
