Your save included the replay mod. Grab it, install it and then use the Stable State button to create a new save. Once you've done that, it "should" be safe to remove the mod and carry on.
It really is a great game but with this last update, all of my saved data is gone. With that, the dud can not abide! I am not going back through all that for a couple hour update.
