Renting it for a whole week works for me. Just wait for the day the rent agreement is due to run out before trying to rent again.
Don't know about renting for just one night or 3 days, but you also got to remember that the rent like most things won't take effect until midday the following day if you try and rent after midday, except if you are re-renting on the day it runs out.

Man, where do I start...
The game is overall amazing, great renders, nice story, nice characters.
But the grind man, it's something I never expected to find in a porn game.
It takes so much trial and error to get each new scene that I honestly don't even know why I keep playing, but I still do.
If the Dev could make the game less grindy and actually give good hints about how to progress the relationships the game would be so much better.
So, after much time trying I have to ask:
1. Are there already threesomes in the game besides the one with the mom and teacher?
2. How far does the relationship with the aunt goes as of this edition? I can get to cum on her face but she hates it.
3. The lawyer lets me grab her boobs (over her shirt) and then kicks me out of her apartment, does it goes furhter than that?
4. Is there any way to attend both the motel family dinner and the step family dinner on the same day without cheating?

Just gonna comment on your 4th point, why does it say that you have to make a deal with your mother to use the car if you click on it, but there is no conversation in the game that actually allows you to ask your mother if you can use the car or even buy yourself a car. Bring a car for the MC into the game, maybe make it so that the stepmom buys him a car.
Yeah, I've tried a lot of things to try to get any dialogue to borrow the car but nothing worked so far.
I'm guessing this it due to the game still being in development (i.e. it's a feature that was intended to be added but so far hasn't made the cut). I agree it would be better to not even mention this until there's actually a possibility to use the car, though.
